Tue, Wed, Fri, SatThree rooms, four hands, one steamer that has been replaced twice. Open since March 2016 and still the same stairwell, the same squeaking third step, the same curtain that was here when we signed.
I spent six years in a clinic that booked nine faces a day and I was good at it and I was useless by four o'clock. Four is the number where I can still remember what your left cheek did in November.
The business is arranged around that one number. Four appointments, three rooms, two facialists on most days and three on a Saturday. It means the diary is tight, the Saturdays go six weeks out, and nobody here has ever been asked to hit a retail target, because there is no retail target.
It also means we say no quite often — to injectables, to courses paid up front, to a peel the week before your sister's wedding, and to the idea that a facial is a treat rather than maintenance. None of that is a philosophy. It is just what fits in a day.

Tue, Wed, Fri, SatCame from a dermatology practice in Zug in 2021 and brought the twelve-minute extraction cap with her. If your skin is reactive you want her, and the diary will usually put you there without being asked.
Mon by request, Tue — SatQualified here as an apprentice in 2022 and finished her peel certification in February. Room Three is hers on Thursdays and Fridays, which is also where the cancellation slots come from.
Thu, Fri, alternate SatSame lamp, same chair, 90 centimetres, no filter, no flattering angle. It is the only honest way to tell whether something is working, because four weeks of memory is not evidence and neither is how you felt in the lift on the way down.
The photographs live on one machine in Room One and nowhere else. They are never posted, never sent to a supplier and never used in anything you can see on this website — every face on this site belongs to a stock photograph, which is the point.
Ninety minutes, 185 francs, and the whole of it comes off whatever you book next. You will leave with one instruction written on a card and nothing in a bag.
